Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to closed-source MCES10 Software, MCES10 Software online services, public betas, developer services, and services under the mces10-software.com domain and subdomains.

Agreement Scope

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the document and agree to be bound by it for closed-source MCES10 Software, MCES10 Software online services, MCES10 Software Developer, public betas, and MCES10 Software online services under mces10-software.com and its subdomains.

Key Rules

No unauthorised redistribution

You may not distribute, copy, modify, merge, publish, or otherwise transfer closed-source MCES10 Software or any portion of it without prior written consent from MCES10 Software.

Permission requests should be filed through a support ticket on the MCES10 Software website.

Version preservation requires permission

If you are attempting to preserve an original or older version of closed-source MCES10 Software, such as Web Development Tutorials for older devices, you must obtain written permission from MCES10 Software.

No account hacking or phishing

Account hacking, phishing attempts, or attempts to compromise another user are unacceptable and may be illegal. If you have account concerns, contact MCES10 Software through the support form.

Open Source Exception

These closed-source terms do not apply to public repositories or public models on GitHub or Hugging Face. For those projects, refer to the licenses attached to the relevant repository or model.

Gated Projects

Gated projects require agreement to these terms and a valid MCES10 Software account. That requirement is separate from public open-source licensing.
